We are seeking a skilled Facility Management and Building Maintenance Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working in high-rise commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, or similar facilities. This role requires strong technical expertise across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with the ability to plan, execute, and supervise all building maintenance and facility-related projects. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and reliable operation of building systems, manage maintenance activities efficiently, and oversee project implementation from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to maintain optimal building functionality.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize system breakdowns. Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance logs and records.
Contractor Management: Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks. Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
Inventory and Budget Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities. Assist in the preparation and management of budgets related to maintenance operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or BTech.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience working in high-rise commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, or similar environments.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The salary package ranges from 250,000 to 300,000. Additional benefits include a technical allowance, housing allowance, conveyance support (car or motorcycle), medical facilities, paid leaves, group life insurance, provident fund, and bonus.

Work Arrangement: On-site presence required.
