Our client, ORFE GLOBAL, is seeking a highly experienced Factory Manager to lead manufacturing operations at their facility in Sialkot. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing factory environments, with a minimum of ten years of experience focused on production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. This leadership role involves managing a diverse workforce of approximately 200 employees, driving productivity, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities
