Factory Supervisor – Match Manufacturing Plant

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Factory Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our match manufacturing plant in Peshawar. The role requires overseeing smooth factory functioning, managing the workforce effectively, coordinating raw material supplies, supporting production activities, administering payroll and petty cash, and ensuring discipline, safety, and operational controls are maintained. The ideal candidate will be practical, well-organized, and capable of independently handling routine operational matters and resolving day-to-day issues within the factory environment. Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, especially one involving a large workforce, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory operations to ensure production activities are carried out efficiently according to established procedures, plans, targets, and management directives.
- Manage factory workers by overseeing attendance, punctuality, discipline, work allocation, and routine employee matters. Coordinate monthly payroll processes including wages, overtime, deductions, and advances.
- Monitor production output, raw material consumption, wastage, inventory levels, and stock movements. Maintain accurate records, conduct physical stock counts regularly, and report any discrepancies or shortages promptly.
- Liaise with local suppliers and service providers for procurement, receipt, and verification of materials, as well as maintenance, repairs, and other authorized factory needs.
- Administer factory petty cash and operational expenses within approved limits, ensuring all expenditures are properly authorized, documented, and recorded.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management, providing updates on production performance, labor and material requirements, equipment breakdowns, accidents, disputes, shortages, and other critical issues requiring attention.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising factory or manufacturing operations, preferably in a similar industrial environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a large workforce effectively.
- Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve operational challenges.
- Familiarity with payroll administration, inventory control, and basic financial record-keeping.
- Good communication and coordination skills to interact with suppliers, workers, and management.
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards, discipline, and operational controls within the factory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
