Ignition Pro – School for Entrepreneurs is inviting qualified and dedicated faculty members to join its team to deliver internationally recognized university degree programmes through its Transnational Education (TNE) portfolio. Successful candidates will play a vital role in providing high-quality teaching, fostering student engagement, and ensuring excellent learning outcomes aligned with global academic standards. The positions are available across disciplines including Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence and International Business & Management, offering opportunities to teach both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions in the relevant subject area, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that meet programme requirements.
- Assess student assignments and provide constructive academic feedback to support learning and improvement.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and learning outcomes to maintain high educational standards.
- Offer academic guidance and mentoring to support student development and success.
- Maintain accurate academic records in compliance with institutional policies and awarding-body regulations.
- Participate actively in academic meetings, curriculum planning, moderation, and quality assurance activities to enhance programme delivery.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of MS/MPhil or an equivalent qualification representing 18 years of education in the relevant discipline.
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to effectively deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate-level courses.
- Relevant teaching experience at the university or higher education level is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with international curricula, assessment standards, or transnational education is considered an advantage.
