Fashion & Accessories Designer - REMOTE / Work From Home

We are seeking a talented Fashion & Accessories Designer to join our team on a full-time remote basis, based in Lahore, Pakistan. This role operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 75,000 to 120,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing clothing and handbags, with the ability to create detailed, production-ready technical packs. Collaboration with manufacturers throughout the sample approval process is a key part of this position. Key Responsibilities

- Design innovative and market-relevant clothing and handbag collections that align with brand aesthetics and customer preferences.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate tech packs that include all necessary specifications for production.
- Coordinate closely with manufacturers to oversee the sample development process, ensuring quality and design integrity from initial sample to final approval.
- Manage timelines and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to continuously improve product offerings.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fashion and accessories design, with a proven track record of developing clothing and handbag products.
- Strong proficiency in creating detailed tech packs that facilitate smooth production processes.
- Experience working directly with manufacturers, including sample review and approval stages.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, materials, and production workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear and timely communication.
