Constructiv Group is a design-driven company focused on creating modern, functional, and visually compelling fashion collections. The organization values innovation, quality craftsmanship, and careful material selection in every garment. Team members work collaboratively across disciplines to produce designs that strike a balance between artistic expression, wearability, and commercial viability. The company fosters a flexible, remote-friendly work culture and seeks professionals who demonstrate creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
The Fashion Designer will be responsible for developing concepts and collections that align with the brand’s aesthetic and market demands. This includes creating sketches and technical drawings, selecting fabrics, trims, and textile treatments, and collaborating closely with pattern makers and production teams. The role involves overseeing fittings to refine silhouettes and garment construction, ensuring that all products meet quality, fit, and performance standards. The designer will conduct research on fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences, prepare mood boards and design presentations, and work with cross-functional partners to guide designs from concept through sampling to final production. Maintaining organized documentation of designs, specifications, and revisions while adhering to project timelines and brand guidelines in a remote work environment is also essential.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in fashion design, including concept development, sketching, and translating ideas into cohesive collections. Proficiency in textiles and embroidery is important, with knowledge of fabric selection, textile properties, and decorative techniques that support the design vision. Experience with garment fitting, construction, and collaboration with pattern makers or technical designers is necessary to ensure consistent fit and quality. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar CAD tools is required to create technical flats and specification sheets. A solid understanding of the end-to-end apparel development process—from trend research and material sourcing to sampling and production—is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively within a remote, cross-functional team. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail are critical for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Candidates should have relevant education in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in apparel design.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not explicitly stated, the company’s emphasis on a flexible, remote-friendly culture suggests a supportive work environment that values work-life balance and professional growth. Constructiv Group encourages creativity and ownership, providing opportunities to contribute meaningfully to innovative fashion collections within a collaborative team setting.
