Fashion Designer

We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our team in Lahore. This role involves shaping the creative direction of luxury apparel collections by collaborating closely with leadership and overseeing the entire design process from concept to finished product. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, particularly in the luxury segment, and possess the skills to translate trends into compelling seasonal visions. This is a full-time position requiring an immediate start, with work conducted on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Define seasonal design visions by conducting trend analysis and creating detailed sketches and mood boards in collaboration with leadership.
- Source and manage high-quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments to ensure premium standards across all collections.
- Lead the pattern-making process throughout sample development to maintain design integrity and fit.
- Oversee fittings and implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure each garment meets luxury market expectations from initial concept through to market readiness.

Required Qualifications

- Formal qualification in Fashion Design or equivalent relevant industry experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expertise in luxury fabrics, garment construction techniques, and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Proficiency in hand sketching and visual design, demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
- A creative yet structured approach to collection development, combined with a proactive mindset to drive projects forward efficiently.
