Fashion Designer

RT Studio, a dynamic fashion house based in Lahore specializing in ready-to-wear and semi-formal collections, is seeking a skilled Fashion Designer to join its expanding creative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in adda work, embroidery, and stitching, with the ability to lead production teams and oversee design execution. This role demands a strong focus on premium finishing quality and alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and market trends. The position is full-time and based at our Civic Center location near Chandni Chowk, Lahore, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 90,000 per month depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new collections that reflect the brand’s unique style and current market trends.
- Supervise and manage adda work, embroidery, and stitching teams to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.
- Create detailed design sketches, select color palettes, plan embellishment layouts, and choose appropriate fabrics.
- Monitor sampling processes to ensure each piece adheres to the approved design concept.
- Coordinate closely with pattern masters, tailors, and artisans to maintain precision and design accuracy.
- Enforce strict quality control measures and finishing standards across all garments.
- Plan and organize the workload for production teams to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, materials, and embroidery techniques.
- Collaborate with management on seasonal collections, photoshoots, and new product launches.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Three to five years of professional experience in a fashion house or boutique environment.
- Proven expertise in managing adda, embroidery, and stitching teams.
- Strong understanding of fabric types, color coordination, and intricate detailing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for design and innovation in fashion trends.
