Spreetail is a fast-growing ecommerce company focused on helping brands increase their global market presence while optimizing operational costs. We are looking for an FBA Analyst to manage the daily operations of our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program. This role is essential to making our FBA processes more efficient, scalable, and data-driven. The FBA Analyst will handle replenishment, shipment creation, pricing strategies, product onboarding, and Merchant VINE launches. Additionally, the role involves developing workflows and processes that support program growth with minimal friction. The analyst will work closely with Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance teams and act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all FBA-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
- FBA Replenishment and Shipment Management: Plan, create, and monitor inbound FBA shipments and replenishment schedules to ensure high in-stock rates while controlling storage and fulfillment expenses. Track shipments through check-in and quickly resolve issues such as receiving discrepancies, stranded inventory, and carrier or labeling errors.
- Product Onboarding: Oversee the accurate onboarding of new products into the FBA system, ensuring correct listings, dimensions, preparation requirements, and eligibility to guarantee products are ready for sale from launch day.
- Merchant VINE Support: Manage Merchant VINE program requests for new product launches, including enrollment, unit allocation, and coordination with internal teams to generate early reviews and enhance product visibility.
- Price Monitoring and Adjustment: Continuously analyze FBA pricing relative to competitors, margin targets, and Buy Box signals, making timely adjustments to optimize sales velocity and profitability.
- Performance Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain detailed reports on key FBA metrics such as sales, margin, in-stock percentages, sell-through rates, inventory aging, and storage costs to inform strategic decisions.
- Process and Workflow Development: Lead the design and implementation of standardized, repeatable processes and workflows using tools like Process Street to minimize errors and automate manual tasks. Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as the program scales.
- Program Subject Matter Expert: Act as the primary FBA SME across the organization, providing guidance on policies, fees, inbound requirements, and troubleshooting. Stay informed on Amazon FBA program updates and proactively communicate their implications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or business analytics, with direct experience using Amazon Seller Central and FBA strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with business workflow and process management tools such as Process Street.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience writing SQL queries; familiarity with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring, time-sensitive operational tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable serving as a subject matter expert for diverse internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a fully remote position requiring a suitable work-from-home environment.
- Technical requirements include a 4th generation or higher Intel i3 (or equivalent) processor, minimum 4GB RAM, Windows 10 or macOS operating system, dual monitors, a stable wired internet connection of 10 Mbps or higher, a PC headset, and an HD webcam with at least 720p resolution.
