Spreetail is a fast-growing ecommerce company dedicated to helping brands expand their market share globally while optimizing operational costs. We are seeking an FBA Analyst to manage and enhance the day-to-day operations of our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program. This role involves overseeing replenishment, shipment building, pricing strategies, product onboarding, and Merchant VINE launches. The ideal candidate will develop scalable processes and workflows to support growth, collaborate with Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, and serve as the internal expert on all FBA-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- FBA Replenishment and Shipment Management: Create, send, and track inbound FBA shipments and replenishment plans to maintain high in-stock rates while minimizing storage and fulfillment costs. Address receiving discrepancies, stranded inventory, and carrier or labeling issues promptly.
- Product Onboarding: Ensure new products are accurately onboarded to FBA by verifying listings, dimensions, preparation requirements, and eligibility to guarantee readiness for sale from day one.
- Merchant VINE Support: Manage Merchant VINE requests for new product launches, including enrollment, unit allocation, and coordination with internal teams to generate early reviews and accelerate product traction.
- Price Monitoring and Adjustment: Continuously monitor FBA pricing against competitive benchmarks, margin targets, and Buy Box signals, making timely adjustments to optimize sales velocity and profitability.
- Performance Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain reports on key FBA program metrics such as sales, margin, in-stock percentage, sell-through rates, inventory aging, and storage costs.
- Process and Workflow Development: Lead the creation and implementation of standardized, repeatable processes and workflows using tools like Process Street to reduce errors and automate manual tasks. Document and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as the program scales.
- Program Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary FBA expert across the company, addressing questions related to policies, fees, inbound requirements, and troubleshooting. Stay informed on Amazon FBA program updates and communicate their impact proactively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or business analytics. Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with business workflow and process management tools such as Process Street.
- Strong skills in Excel and ability to build SQL queries. Experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring, time-sensitive operational tasks.
