FE Closer (BDS)

PRIME BPO is seeking a confident and experienced Final Expense Closer (Business Development Specialist) to join our expanding team in Rawalpindi Satellite Town. This full-time, on-site position involves working night shifts of 10 hours, where you will be responsible for closing Final Expense insurance sales. The ideal candidate will be a motivated closer with a strong ability to convert leads handed off by appointment setters and lead specialists. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of high-value sales conversions within a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Close Final Expense policy sales efficiently and accurately, following up on leads provided by appointment setters and lead specialists.
- Handle objections professionally while adhering to compliance and insurance regulations.
- Clearly explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to customers to secure their commitment.
- Accurately document and process all closed sales within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the verification team to ensure seamless handoff and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high closing ratio while meeting established quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion rates where appropriate.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly closing targets.
- Be available to work overtime or stay back for additional training and performance improvement when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Final Expense Closer is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Confident, target-driven mindset with a professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
