We are seeking experienced and results-driven Final Expense Closers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with pre-qualified leads, build trust through effective communication, and close final expense insurance policies over the phone. Success in this position depends on your ability to handle objections confidently, present insurance plans clearly, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present final expense insurance plans clearly and professionally to potential clients.
- Handle objections confidently and guide clients through their decision-making process.
- Close sales efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a closer in a Final Expense insurance campaign is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to handle objections.
- Demonstrated success in closing sales in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure.
