We are seeking experienced and results-driven Final Expense Closers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with pre-qualified leads, build trust with clients, and successfully close final expense insurance policies over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to handle objections, and a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position demands professionalism, a target-oriented mindset, and strict adherence to compliance standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with pre-qualified leads to assess and understand customer needs
- Clearly and professionally present final expense insurance plans
- Confidently handle objections and guide clients through their decision-making process
- Efficiently close sales while maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Accurately document calls, sales activities, and customer information in the CRM system
- Consistently achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a closer specifically within a Final Expense campaign is mandatory
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong objection-handling and closing capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
- Professional demeanor coupled with a strong work ethic
