We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Front-End (FE) Verification Specialists. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct verification calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Accurately verify and manage client information to ensure data integrity
- Maintain proper records while safeguarding data confidentiality
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly verification targets to support team goals
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
- Basic understanding of call handling and verification procedures

- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or similar customer service environment
