PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident FE Verifier (SVC) to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This position operates during night shifts and is best suited for candidates with prior BPO experience who possess strong communication skills and are motivated to build a long-term career in the BPO sector. The role involves verifying sales on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Confirm client information and device/service details professionally.
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
- Collaborate with sales and quality assurance teams to uphold company standards.
- Strictly adhere to company compliance policies.
- Achieve daily and weekly verification targets.
- Be available for overtime or additional training as needed to enhance performance or meet targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills, including strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies.
- Professional attitude and effective customer handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
