(FEMALE) Babysitter / Cleaner Women – Preschool & Daycare

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate childcare professional to join our preschool/daycare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and caring for young children in a safe and nurturing environment. This role involves supporting daily routines such as feeding, hygiene, and naps, while also engaging children in age-appropriate educational and play activities. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility is essential, as is monitoring each child's development and behavior. Effective communication with parents about their child’s daily progress and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide attentive care to children in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Assist children with feeding, personal hygiene, and managing nap schedules.
- Facilitate engaging and developmentally appropriate learning and play activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the branch, including classrooms and play areas.
- Observe, monitor, and document each child’s developmental milestones and behavior patterns.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with parents, providing updates on their child’s day.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for children.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or similar setting.
- Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to following health and safety guidelines rigorously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field is advantageous.
- Training or certification in first aid or child care is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000.
- Work location is in person, providing hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
