Female Call Center Agent – Night Shift (Freshers Welcome)

Creator Biz is seeking motivated and professional female Call Center Agents to join our night shift team at the Garden Town office in Gujranwala. This role offers a stable career opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are interested in customer support. The position requires working from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, and offers a fixed monthly salary of PKR 40,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls to assist both international and domestic clients.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding products and services during night hours.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, call logs, and updates in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Uphold high communication standards with polite phone manners and active listening skills.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Availability to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Saturday, on-site at the Garden Town office.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate, A-Levels, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Good spoken English and/or Urdu communication skills.
- Confident phone demeanor with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, web browsing, and email handling.
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated work ethic.
