We are seeking confident and motivated Call Center Representatives to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time position offers fixed working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude when interacting with international clients. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, primarily focusing on appointment booking and customer support. Fresh candidates are welcome to apply, although prior experience with international calling is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment bookings by communicating with international clients
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide clear and accurate information to foreign customers
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed call records and update customer information accurately
- Adhere to company policies and follow call scripts during interactions

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, responsible, and target-oriented mindset
