Female Call Centre Agent – Night Shift

LeadsRift is seeking motivated and confident female Call Center Agents to join their night-shift team based in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 70,000, along with attractive performance-based incentives. The role requires working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. To support female staff during night shifts, free transportation is provided. Ideal candidates will possess excellent English communication skills, a professional demeanor, and preferably have prior experience in call centers or international campaigns. Candidates residing near Gulshan, FB Area, Johar, or nearby localities are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and engage professionally with customers.
- Clearly explain services and promotional offers to potential clients.
- Maintain professionalism and courteous communication throughout each interaction.
- Follow up with potential customers as needed to ensure engagement.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets set by the company.
- Accurately document calls and customer interactions for record-keeping purposes.
