Chawla is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Chef to join their team at Green Fort 2, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and possess strong culinary skills, particularly in Pakistani cuisine. This role involves preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring efficient daily kitchen operations. The candidate must be responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently while upholding food safety standards and managing kitchen resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals in accordance with the menu and company standards.
- Ensure the quality, taste, freshness, and presentation of all food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ingredients and groceries.
- Properly store food items to minimize wastage.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygienic cooking practices.
- Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate grocery needs and communicate supply requirements to management.
- Oversee timely food preparation and serving.
- Maintain discipline and organization within the kitchen environment.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook with 3–5 years in a similar role.
- Proficient cooking skills, especially in Pakistani cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and ingredient management.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and multitask in a busy kitchen setting.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized work ethic.
- Capability to work independently while maintaining consistent food quality.
