Go Link Media, a dynamic digital marketing and web development agency based in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking a confident and motivated female Cold Caller / Sales Representative to join their in-house sales team. This full-time position requires working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, targeting businesses in the United States. The role involves making outbound cold calls to introduce Go Link Media’s range of digital services, engaging with potential clients, addressing their initial queries, and generating qualified leads and appointments for the sales team. This is an on-site role, and remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based businesses to introduce Go Link Media and its digital solutions.
- Identify and engage with business owners and relevant decision-makers.
- Understand prospects’ digital needs and challenges to recommend appropriate services.
- Pitch services such as Website Design & Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, App Development, AI Automation, and other digital marketing solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Handle basic questions and objections with professionalism and confidence.
- Follow up with interested prospects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Strong spoken English with clear and professional communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with US-based business owners and decision-makers.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette and confident demeanor.
- Ability to understand and explain various digital marketing services effectively.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work full night shifts (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
- Must be available to work on-site at the Johar Town office in Lahore.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or working on US campaigns is highly preferred. However, strong fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills will also be considered.
