Female Cold Callers

We are currently seeking motivated Cold Callers to join our team at our Shadman, Lahore office. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, effectively communicating our services, identifying interested prospects, and converting leads into successful sales. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers with strong English communication skills to start their career, as well as for experienced candidates who will be offered a competitive and negotiable salary package based on their skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers with professionalism and clarity.
- Clearly introduce and explain the company’s services to prospects.
- Identify qualified leads and generate new sales opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers to nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and calling targets.
- Earn additional commission on every successful sale, providing an opportunity to increase overall earnings.

Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence and a professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in cold calling.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Fixed salary for freshers starting at PKR 45,000 per month.
- Full-time position with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
