Female Content Creator (On-Camera Video)

Mad Digi, a dynamic digital marketing and e-commerce agency based in Lahore, is seeking a talented Female Content Creator to join their growing in-house content team. This full-time, on-site position is located at NFC Society, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM. The role involves creating engaging on-camera video content for various e-commerce brands specializing in beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, and more, as well as for Mad Digi’s own social media channels. The ideal candidate will be confident, creative, and comfortable presenting on camera, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to produce compelling short-form videos that resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce on-camera video content including Reels, TikToks, product demonstrations, and user-generated content (UGC) style videos, with face visible.
- Present products and brand messages naturally and confidently to engage viewers.
- Develop and plan creative content ideas aligned with current trends, brand objectives, and audience preferences.
- Write concise scripts, hooks, and captions to enhance video storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to organize shoots and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Stay updated on social media trends and propose innovative video formats to test and implement.
- Create content for Mad Digi’s own social media platforms as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- 8 months to 1 year of relevant experience in content creation, specifically on-camera video work.
- A strong portfolio showcasing on-camera video content is mandatory.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera with a natural presentation style.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other short-form video trends.
- Reside near NFC Society, Lahore, or be able to commute easily to the office.
- Basic video editing skills are advantageous but not required.
