Female Content Creator & Presenter

Oraya Real Estate is seeking a confident, creative, and camera-friendly female Content Creator & Presenter to represent the brand across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will enjoy being in front of the camera, creating engaging video content, and presenting real estate projects in a compelling manner. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase properties, investment opportunities, and company initiatives while collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop innovative content.

Key Responsibilities
- Present and host engaging videos on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Create video content that highlights real estate projects, property tours, and investment opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas and scripts.
- Participate in property visits, project walkthroughs, and promotional shoots to capture authentic and informative footage.
- Deliver confident presentations and clearly communicate detailed information about properties.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, including Reels formats and popular content styles, to keep the brand’s presence fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Fluent in Urdu; proficiency in English communication is an advantage.
- Genuine interest in real estate, digital content creation, and social media trends.
- Energetic, professional, and eager to learn new skills.
- Previous experience in content creation, hosting, or presenting is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates residing near DHA Phase 8, Lahore, will be given preference due to the job location.
- The position is based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Salary ranges from PKR 30,000 to 60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
- This is an in-person role, offering hands-on experience in the real estate and digital marketing sectors.
