Female CSR (Health & Fitness)

Evolve Fitness Arena is urgently seeking a motivated and confident female Gym Customer Support Representative to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for fitness, with the ability to engage and assist gym members effectively. This role requires someone energetic and presentable who can manage customer inquiries, explain membership options, and support sales and renewals. Immediate joining is preferred for this in-person position, offering a competitive salary within the market range.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from gym members and potential customers professionally and promptly.
- Explain various membership plans and packages clearly to prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with current members to encourage renewals.
- Assist in membership sales efforts and support the renewal process.
- Coordinate communication between gym trainers, management, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-up activities to enhance member satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidate.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Some experience or knowledge related to gym or fitness training is essential.
- Presentable, confident, and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to handle customers effectively and professionally.
