Female E-Commerce Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a confident and well-mannered female Customer Support Representative to join our e-commerce team on a full-time basis. This role is office-based and located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, near Lasaani Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and a basic understanding of sales. The working hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a monthly salary range of PKR 30,000 to 40,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and messages primarily through WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with order-related questions and provide timely updates.
- Manage ongoing customer communication and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Support sales efforts by helping to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain a positive customer experience through professional and courteous communication.
