Female Executive – After Sales Service

United Actros Developers is seeking a professional and experienced female Executive to join their After Sales Service Department. The ideal candidate will bring a strong customer-focused mindset with at least five years of experience in after-sales service, customer relations, or customer support. This role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications, along with strong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities. The position is based in Bahria Town, Lahore, and preference will be given to candidates residing nearby.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage after-sales services and deliver comprehensive customer support.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Work towards achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
