We are looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Female Guest Receiving Officers (GRO). This role is designed to enhance the overall customer experience by warmly greeting and assisting guests, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services, and gathering valuable customer feedback to help improve our offerings. The position requires a friendly and approachable demeanor to ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide clear and concise information about products and services.
- Collect and document customer feedback to support service and product improvements.
- Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout their visit.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility to work mid-shift hours as required.
