Female Hostel Warden

We are seeking a responsible and caring Female Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of the girls' hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, disciplined, and comfortable living environment for all residents, while addressing their needs and maintaining order within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise hostel residents and enforce discipline to maintain a harmonious atmosphere.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents at all times.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of entry, exit, attendance, and leave.
- Address residents' concerns promptly and resolve routine issues effectively.
- Oversee cleanliness and coordinate any necessary maintenance within the hostel premises.
- Manage visitor access and control hostel entry protocols.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate serious matters to management as needed.
- Maintain basic hostel records and prepare reports as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
- Responsible, disciplined, and well-organized approach to managing hostel affairs.
- Female candidates only.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in hostel management or administrative roles will be considered an advantage.
- Monthly salary range: Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000.
- This position requires physical presence at the hostel location.
