Female Lead Generation Executive

InstaCare is looking for a motivated and experienced female professional to join the team as a Lead Generation Executive with a focus on cold calling. This role involves independently researching potential customers, gathering their contact information, and reaching out to introduce InstaCare’s services. The main objective is to generate qualified leads that will be passed on to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be confident in making outbound calls, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work onsite in Lahore while consistently meeting daily targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers using online sources and relevant platforms.
- Independently find and collect accurate contact details of prospects.
- Make outbound cold calls to introduce InstaCare’s services and assess interest.
- Generate qualified leads and forward interested prospects to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Update prospect information, call details, and lead status within the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with potential prospects as needed to nurture leads.
- Consistently meet daily calling and lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively engage prospects.
- Ability to independently research and locate relevant contact information.
- Confidence and professionalism in making outbound calls.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve daily goals.
- Must be based in Lahore and available to work onsite.
