Female MBBS Doctor (Aesthetics) | Clinic Manager

We are seeking a responsible and confident Female Doctor to oversee the daily operations of an aesthetic clinic located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will manage patient consultations, ensure smooth clinic functioning, and contribute to attracting new clients. This role requires the ability to independently run the clinic in the absence of the owner, maintaining high standards of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the aesthetic clinic efficiently.
- Conduct patient consultations, providing expert advice and treatment plans.
- Maintain excellent communication and rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Support marketing efforts to attract and retain new clients.
- Take full responsibility for clinic management during the owner’s absence, ensuring seamless operation.

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine and clinic operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Work Location and Compensation:
This is an on-site position based in Lahore. The monthly salary range is Rs140,000 to Rs150,000.
