Herbiotics Health Care is seeking a confident and well-presented Female Pharmacist to join the team as a Wellness Ambassador Trainer. This role is field-based and involves zone-wise travel to conduct training sessions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of Wellness Ambassadors by delivering professional training focused on product benefits, usage, and effective customer communication. This position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate field teams across different zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct zone-wise training sessions for Wellness Ambassadors to ensure consistent knowledge dissemination.
- Train the team on product knowledge, highlighting benefits, usage, and key selling points to improve customer engagement.
- Guide Wellness Ambassadors and sales teams on professional customer counseling and effective product communication techniques.
- Organize regular refresher training sessions and evaluate the team’s understanding and performance.
- Collaborate with Zone and Area Managers to identify specific training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all products.
- Provide constructive feedback on training effectiveness and team performance to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Pharm-D or B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sector is essential.
- A modern and professional personality with a well-presented appearance, including appropriate professional attire.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and train field teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and dietary supplements.
- Willingness and ability to travel zone-wise to conduct training sessions in person.
