AutoForcePK, a growing automotive business based in Lahore and affiliated with a well-established group operating over 15 garages in the UK, is seeking a motivated Female Receptionist & Sales Executive to join their team. This role is based in Tibba, near DHA Phase 8, Lahore, and offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment providing car garage and tyre services. The position involves direct customer interaction, sales, and administrative duties, with full training provided for candidates without prior automotive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and professionally assist customers upon arrival
- Manage reception duties and respond to customer inquiries efficiently
- Promote and sell car tyres and garage services to customers
- Clearly explain tyre options, pricing, and available services
- Prepare accurate quotations and service estimates for customers
- Conduct follow-ups with customers via calls and WhatsApp to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments with the garage team
- Maintain basic records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Support the garage team by facilitating effective communication with customers
Required Qualifications
- Female candidate residing in Lahore
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Basic computer literacy to handle records and communication tools
- Confident and professional demeanor suitable for front-desk and sales roles
- Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn new skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
- No prior automotive experience required as comprehensive training will be provided
