Female Recovery Officer

Premier Choice International (PCI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Female Recovery Officer to join the Collections & Recovery Department at our Head Office located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their skills in customer communication, record maintenance, and administrative support within a dynamic recovery team. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage daily follow-ups with customers, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the department. This is an in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily follow-ups with customers regarding pending collections and payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone calls and other appropriate channels.
- Send routine payment reminders and pursue follow-ups on outstanding cases.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to collection and recovery status.
- Assist with data entry and documentation for recovery cases.
- Support the Collections & Recovery team with day-to-day administrative coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams on collection-related matters to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep recovery records and follow-up statuses consistently updated.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
