Female Resident Medical Officer Emergency Department (Alternate Night)

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Female Resident Medical Officer to join our Emergency Department team on alternate night shifts. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective treatment. As an integral part of the team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to manage emergency cases and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, their families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the relevant medical regulatory authority (Medical Board or equivalent).
- Completion of an internship or residency program.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Emergency Medicine or a closely related clinical field.
- Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills relevant to emergency care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proven capability to perform well under pressure in a demanding clinical setting.
- Female candidates are preferred due to specific patient care requirements.

Working Hours and Employment Details
This is a full-time position requiring availability for alternate night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The role is based on-site, requiring the candidate to work in person within the Emergency Department.
