We are seeking a motivated and confident Female Sales Executive to join a dynamic real estate marketing company based in Bahria Town, Lahore. This full-time role offers a competitive fixed salary starting from PKR 40,000 per month, along with attractive commission opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, property marketing, and social media engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on sales leads to generate business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients to present and discuss real estate projects in detail.
- Promote property projects through various channels to create sales opportunities.
- Create engaging social media content, including reels and short videos, to enhance property marketing efforts.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work diligently to achieve sales targets and maximize earnings through commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Willingness to appear on camera for promotional reels and videos related to property marketing.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
