Advanced IT and Healthcare Solutions, LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female SEO Executive to join their team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and enhancing the online presence of a US-based healthcare business. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on SEO experience, strong analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of various SEO techniques including on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO. The position requires working the US night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM at the Johar Town office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent evaluation to guide optimization efforts.
- Optimize website elements such as content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking structure.
- Manage and enhance Google Business Profiles to improve local search visibility.
- Monitor website performance metrics including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Utilize tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics to analyze SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Detect technical SEO issues and collaborate with content creators and developers to resolve them promptly.
- Prepare weekly SEO performance reports and suggest data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of practical, hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO techniques.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, and conducting website audits.
- Excellent English communication skills combined with strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site during the US night shift at the Johar Town office.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working on US healthcare websites or managing local SEO campaigns is considered an advantage. The company offers a monthly salary of PKR 60,000 along with lunch provided during working hours.
