Female Social Media Executive / Content Creator

Root Communication Limited, a UK-focused company in the technology and e-commerce sector, is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Female Social Media Executive to join their team in Wapda Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role offers working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time, with a monthly salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 40,000. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in social media management or digital marketing and will be responsible for enhancing the company’s online presence by creating engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and update weekly and monthly content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
- Write engaging captions, posts, stories, and promotional content tailored to each platform.
- Create and coordinate reels and short-form video content to boost audience engagement.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, and content opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
- Monitor and respond professionally to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Analyze competitor activity to generate new content ideas and strategies.
- Track social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and audience growth.
- Prepare basic monthly performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Support paid social media campaigns as needed.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate product and company information.
- Continuously develop innovative ideas to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
- Excellent written English skills with a flair for creative copywriting.
- Practical experience using Canva or similar design tools for content creation.
- Ability to produce engaging social media posts, captions, reels, and stories.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance measurement.
- Awareness of current social media trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- A creative mindset with the ability to consistently generate fresh content ideas.

Video editing experience will be considered an advantage.
