We are a rapidly expanding app development and digital solutions company with offices in Canada and Pakistan, serving clients across the USA, Canada, and the UK. Our expertise includes web and mobile app development, UI/UX design, WordPress development, SEO, digital marketing, and automation solutions. We are seeking an experienced Female Social Media Manager to lead and enhance our company’s online presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.
- Create and publish daily social media posts, ensuring consistent engagement.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Write compelling captions and marketing content tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to inform content strategy.
- Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, retargeting, and optimization.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
- Monitor social media interactions such as comments, messages, and engagement metrics.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Prepare basic reports on social media and advertising outcomes.
- Experiment with different content and advertising approaches to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of professional experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience managing LinkedIn company pages and executing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads) management and optimization.
- Experience in daily content creation and posting across social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, lead generation, and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Ability to analyze social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are advantageous.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing is a plus.
