We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female Staff Nurse to join our ICU department for the morning shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in an intensive care unit and possess the necessary nursing qualifications. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The position is based at our facility located in Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13C, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with medical procedures as required.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting observations and treatments promptly.
- Ensure the ICU environment is safe, clean, and well-organized to support patient recovery.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans, treatment options, and post-discharge instructions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSCN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working specifically in an ICU setting.
Shift Details:
- Morning shift from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Location:
- Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13C.
Work Arrangement:
- This is an in-person role requiring the nurse to be physically present at the healthcare facility.
