We are looking for a dedicated and professional Female Student Counselor to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. This full-time role involves guiding students through academic programs, career options, and educational opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trusting relationships with students and their families. Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and guidance to students about academic programs, career pathways, and educational opportunities.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission requirements, and fee structures to prospective students.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with prospective students to support enrollment efforts and meet admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Handle student information confidentially and maintain professional communication at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and online communication tools.
- Ability to counsel students professionally and convey information clearly.
- A positive, confident, and student-focused attitude.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in student counseling, admissions, education, or customer service is advantageous.
