Female Team Lead – Design Sales

Located in North Nazimabad, Block D, Karachi, this role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in international sales, design and development, front sales, or upselling. The position requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record in meeting sales targets. Candidates will work in-person and must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi before starting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales activities focused on international markets, including design, development, and digital marketing services.
- Generate high-quality leads through effective prospecting and networking techniques.
- Negotiate with clients to close deals successfully while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Upsell additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain clear and professional written communication in English for client interactions and internal reporting.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in international sales, design and development, front sales, or upselling roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in selling design, development, or digital marketing services is essential.
- Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Excellent written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Karachi before starting work.

Work Schedule:
- Male candidates will work from 9 PM to 6 AM.
- Female candidates will work from 5 PM to 11 PM.

Compensation:
- The position offers a monthly salary of up to Rs50,000.
