Field Dispatch Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
As a Field Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of Zones’ field services. Your duties include performing pilot installations to validate service scopes and installation scripts, collaborating with the Project Management Office to develop detailed project manuals, and providing onboarding and training for field technicians and engineers. You will conduct quality assurance checks and team assessments to ensure compliance with Statements of Work (SOW), installation processes, and client specifications. Additionally, you will serve as a dedicated technical support resource for escalations, manage subcontractor work orders, and collect and validate deliverables for project managers. This role requires independent decision-making and intellectual engagement to maintain consistency and quality across customer deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years’ experience with PC systems, peripherals, software programs, and operating systems is essential. A thorough understanding of device connectivity to LAN and WAN networks is required. The role demands strong interpersonal and customer service skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and through various mediums. Experience working with multiple delivery organizations to meet project goals is important, as is the ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be willing and able to travel, including off-hours, weekends, and overnight stays with prior notice. Voice and data cabling experience, including installation, termination, and testing, is also necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preferred candidates will have experience with Service Desk and ITSM tool suites, a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, and prior involvement in FTMA operations and field dispatch coordination. Familiarity with ServiceNow and resource supervisory experience are advantageous.
