This role is primarily responsible for implementing sales and promotion strategies to achieve targets set by management, focusing on increasing market share and driving product growth within the relevant markets. The position requires a proactive approach to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs), leveraging tailored patient-focused interactions and utilizing digital tools to enhance customer relationships. Success in this role will contribute significantly to the company’s overall business objectives and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales, volume, growth, market share, and listing targets for assigned brands.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute HCP engagements aligned with the Multi Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP), using tailored Patient Focused Interactions (PFI) and appropriate content based on HCP needs and priorities.
- Accurately report customer engagement activities in Veeva Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and utilize all available functionalities to enhance customer interactions and experiences.
- Monitor competitor activities and communicate relevant insights to Regional Sales Managers and management to reflect market dynamics and develop potential counter-strategies.
- Organize and facilitate regular scientific updates, such as Continued Medical Education (CME) sessions and scientific meetings, for HCP groups in alignment with defined marketing strategies.
- Continuously develop knowledge of the latest medical and clinical information, brand strategies, competitive landscape, and standard platforms to challenge the status quo.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by providing feedback on MCCP strategies and tactics, and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, company policies, and code of conduct.

Required Qualifications:
- Science graduate, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Veeva CRM for customer engagement and reporting.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with accountability.
- Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset with the ability to co-create solutions, act decisively, learn quickly, and evolve in a dynamic environment.
