Field Operations Associate

As a Field Operations Associate based in Karachi or Lahore, you will represent Zero Lifestyle in the market by onboarding retail partners, driving SKU productivity, and ensuring an outstanding in-store brand experience. Key Responsibilities

Retailer Onboarding & Activation:
Identify and pitch to high-potential retail partners within your designated territory. You will be responsible for onboarding these retailers and training them on Zero Lifestyle’s products, pricing, and order procedures to ensure smooth collaboration.

Sales Performance & SKU Productivity:
Drive monthly sales targets by maximizing the productivity of each SKU at every outlet. Collaborate closely with retailers to maintain optimal stock levels and educate them on the benefits of the products to boost sales.

Retailer Engagement & Satisfaction:
Build and maintain consistent, value-driven relationships with retail partners. Collect feedback regularly to enhance service quality and increase retailer satisfaction.

Order Management & Repeat Sales:
Ensure timely placement and delivery of orders. Monitor and improve the frequency of repeat orders from each store to sustain steady sales growth.

In-store Visibility & Display Compliance:
Implement merchandising plans to guarantee that all retail locations comply with Zero Lifestyle’s brand standards. Regularly capture and share compliance photos to maintain visual merchandising quality.

Market Feedback & Reporting:
Gather competitive insights, customer preferences, and market trends to inform business strategies. Maintain daily field logs and submit weekly performance reports to track progress and identify opportunities.

Performance KPIs include the number of active retailers onboarded monthly, SKU productivity per retailer, retailer satisfaction scores, repeat order rates within 30 days, and display compliance scores reflecting adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in general trade sales or retail operations, preferably within consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and street-smart approach to work.
- Familiarity with retail sales applications or field tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
