Field Rider

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Field Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will accompany technicians to various customer locations throughout Karachi, providing essential support during field service and installation visits. This role requires someone with their own motorcycle, strong knowledge of Karachi’s routes and neighborhoods, and effective communication skills to assist both the team and customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel alongside technicians to customer sites across Karachi.
- Assist technicians during service and installation tasks.
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials needed for field jobs.
- Coordinate with customers when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to daily schedules and arrive at locations punctually.
- Support overall field operations as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Matriculation.
- Ownership of a motorcycle is mandatory for this role.
- Strong familiarity with Karachi’s routes and areas.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact well with customers.
- Physically active and willing to assist in hands-on fieldwork.
- Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work collaboratively within a team.

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000. The work location requires in-person attendance, with travel throughout Karachi as part of daily duties.
