Hiring: Field Sales Agent (Rwp)

Lala Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Agent to promote and sell the companys travel and tourism services. The role involves visiting potential customers, generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers, companies, organizations, and other business prospects to generate sales.
Promote air tickets, tours, hotels, visa services, transportation, Umrah/Hajj packages, and other travel services.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant team to provide suitable travel solutions.
Follow up with leads, quotations, inquiries, and prospective customers to convert them into bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular records of field visits, leads, customer follow-ups, and sales activities.- Coordinate with the ticketing, operations, visa, and accounts teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Collect customer payments where required and submit them to the company according to established procedures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.- Represent Lala Group of Companies professionally in the market.
Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent; relevant sales experience will also be considered.
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, airline, hospitality, or related industries.
Good knowledge of travel services and local market sales.- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
Valid driving license and personal transport will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Work Location: In person
