We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team onsite in Bahria Town, Lahore, or nearby areas. This full-time role involves promoting our mobile application by visiting shops, stores, and businesses to introduce the app, assist with installation, and educate clients about its features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with customers while actively generating new business opportunities through consistent field visits. The position operates from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM, offering a monthly salary of PKR 40,000 plus a fuel allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to assigned shops, stores, and commercial areas to promote the mobile application.
- Introduce and demonstrate the company’s app to potential customers.
- Assist clients with app installation and registration processes.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive field engagement.
- Gather market feedback and monitor competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and client acquisition goals.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition roles.
- Residency in Bahria Town, Lahore, or nearby areas is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions.
- Strong skills in relationship-building and negotiation.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and focused on achieving targets.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and direct client engagement in the field.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and related technology.
