Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. The primary responsibility is to engage directly with customers and project sites to present Envicrete’s product range, understand client requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions. This role involves managing a designated sales territory, building and nurturing strong relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors, and actively following up on sales leads to close deals. Daily activities include preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries with the operations team, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and maintaining detailed sales records using CRM tools. The Field Sales Executive will also communicate regularly with the sales team and management, participate in promotional campaigns, and consistently work towards meeting established sales targets while upholding the company’s professional image.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned sales territory by developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.
- Visit customers and project sites to present products, assess client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate timely deliveries in collaboration with the operations department.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and management to align on targets and strategies.
- Participate in promotional activities and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets consistently.

Required Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and professional report-writing skills in English and local languages.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities to plan routes, schedule meetings, and manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Basic understanding of business and sales principles, including pricing, margins, and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in using mobile and desktop tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking applications.
- Willingness and ability to work in the field, travel within Karachi and nearby areas, and adapt to diverse site environments.
- Previous experience in field sales, particularly in construction materials, industrial products, or related sectors, is advantageous.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
