Field Sales Representative – Seller Onboarding (Commission-Based)

RentNShine is an innovative online fashion rental and resale marketplace that connects fashion boutiques, clothing stores, and designers with customers seeking to rent or purchase clothing. The platform enables sellers to showcase their collections online, expanding their reach to a broader audience. Currently, RentNShine is focused on growing its seller community in Rawalpindi and Islamabad and is seeking confident communicators to support this expansion through a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities
In this commission-based, field role with flexible working hours, you will engage directly with local boutiques, clothing stores, and designers. Your primary tasks will include identifying potential sellers and conducting visits to introduce RentNShine’s marketplace. You will guide interested sellers through the account registration process and assist them in listing their products. Daily activities involve explaining how the platform operates, onboarding new sellers, following up with shops to ensure smooth registration, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintaining accurate records of visits and onboarding progress is essential, as is providing feedback to help improve the overall seller experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating confidence when approaching local business owners. The ability to clearly explain RentNShine’s rental and resale marketplace is crucial. Relationship-building, follow-up, and basic negotiation skills are necessary to foster trust and encourage seller participation. Familiarity with smartphone applications, online registration processes, and uploading product information is important for assisting sellers effectively. Good organizational and time management skills are required to efficiently manage field visits and follow-ups. Willingness to travel locally within Rawalpindi and Islamabad is essential, along with the ability to work independently in a flexible, commission-based environment.
